The Bureau will provide advice on any enquiry within areas covered by the information systems - particularly:

- Consumer - Immigration and nationality
- Benefits - Health
- Tax and duties - Social care
- Employment - Education
- Housing - Administration of Justice
  Advice service involves:
- Making a diagnosis about the issue presented by the user;
- Identifying other related issues;
- Collecting information as a basis to advice;
- Providing information;
- Explaining relevant options, consequences and limitations;
- Identifying the appropriate way forward

Good personal advice outcomes for our client will include:
