About Us
Maldon and District CAB has been operating since 1988, serving the people of Maldon and the surrounding districts.
The Bureau is an independent voluntary organisation and is registered as a charity. Because of our independence we are able to give completely impartial advice. The advice is free and confidential and given by highly competent advisers who undergo continuous training so as to be conversant with the relevant legislation and rules. We have been awarded the Community Legal Services (CLS) Quality Mark for General Help demonstrating that we have achieved the high standards required under this scheme.
We are a member of Citizens Advice (Formerly NACAB) and this membership signifies our independence from any interest other than those of our clients.
